Easy Chocolate Brownies

Mr. Cottage’s birthday is at the end of this week, and there is nothing he loves more than these easy chocolate brownies. These babies are truly amazing, rich, dark and beautiful. Seriously they taste as good as they look. These easy chocolate brownies are moist and delicious and this drizzle is sooooooo good!

Easy Chocolate Brownie Recipe:

1 1/2 Cups Organic Flour
2 Teaspoon Aluminum Free Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Grass-fed Butter
1 1/4 Cups Raw Sugar
2 Free Range Eggs
9 Tablespoons Carob Powder or Cocoa Powder
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Organic Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Himilian Sea Salt

Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Beat butter until fluffy in an electric mixer (about 30 seconds) and add sugar beat again. Add eggs, vanilla, and chocolate. Alternately add dry ingredients and milk while beating mixture on low. Pour batter into a greased pan, bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Chocolate Drizzle:

3 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
6 Tablespoons Carob Powder or Cocoa Powder (or 2 squares of chocolate)
1/4 Cup Organic Milk
3 Cups Powdered Sugar

Heat and stir until combined, stir in powdered sugar. Drizzle over brownies.

 

Easy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Organic All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour or Corn Starch
  • 2/3 Cups Raw Sugar
  • 1 Cup Irish Grass-Fed Butter

Instructions

Preheat oven to 275F. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, sift together tapioca flour or cornstarch and flour add to the butter mixture. Press into an 8x8 inch pan. Prick all over with a fork. Bake for 30 minutes, then reduce heat to 250F and bake 1 to 11/2 hours. Remove from pan and cut into 21 rectangle cookies.
