We sure love a good batch of chili at the Cottage, and this homemade Bison Chili Recipe is one of my favorites, filled with amazing flavors, and tender bison this homemade chili is a show stopper. Unlike traditional chili, this recipe doesn’t have chili powder and cumin but Ortega’s and jalapenos to add depth to the flavors you find in it.
