We love making our bread machine pizza dough for a quick and easy meal. You can even make a second batch and have some delicious Bread Sticks!

Bread Machine Pizza Dough
This is more of a thin crust pizza. It does not get the same rise as our other recipe. This recipe is for our 1 1/2 pound bread maker.

Can I Store My Bread Machine Pizza Dough In The Refrigerator?

Yes, you can store it sealed in a Tupperware, a ziplock bag, or plastic wrap for up to 3 days. Make sure you let it warm up covered in an oiled bowl when you want to cook it.

Can I Freeze My Bread Machine Pizza Dough?

Yes, it will freeze (in a sealed freezer bag) for up to 3 months

Can I Let My Bread Machine Pizza Dough Rise Too Long?

Yes. They say that you can let it rise up to 3 days. I have never tried this but they say it enhances the flavor.  Any longer than this and the sugar in the dough is eaten up by the yeast and it will turn to alcohol and not have a good taste.

  • 5/8 cup of spring water
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or olive oil
  • 2 cups of organic flour or regular all-purpose
  • 1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
  • ½ tsp raw organic sugar
  • ½ tsp yeast

Instructions

Pour coconut oil or olive oil (If using coconut oil, warm it slightly to make it a liquid and put it with the water in the pan of your bread maker.

Next, add your organic flour on top of your wet ingredients.

Add salt in one corner of your bread pan and sugar in another.

In the center make a small well and place your yeast in this well.

Set it in your bread machine and set it for a "dough" setting.

When it is finished then place a small amount of flour on your countertop or cutting board.

Push the dough down into the pan and place it on a floured surface.

Pre-heat to 425 F (or 220 C ) Roll out the dough into a 12” circle.

In your pizza pan or on your pizza stone place a little organic cornmeal and garlic powder and a little salt for a flavored crust or just cornmeal if you want it plain. It keeps the dough from sticking.
