Egg Sandwich Recipe

This sausage egg sandwich recipe is a real treat. 
 
I like to make them for my family with rounds of egg and serve them on  English Muffins that I make.  They are wonderful!  This sausage and egg sandwich is perfect to make ahead and heat up to take on the road to work in the AM and then you don’t have to stop and get fast food that is so bad for you.
 
Hand one to the children as they are headed out the door to the bus or to school. They make perfect on the go breakfasts. I have never frozen them personally because they never last long enough but I bet they would freeze wonderfully.

Sausage Egg Sandwich Recipe

Supplies:

Egg Sandwich Ingredients:

Sausage:

2 lbs packs of ground pork, turkey, beef, or desired meat.
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Sage
3 Tsp Organic Raw Sugar

Sandwich:

English Muffins (1 batch of our recipe here)
Cheese
Egg
Sausage

Directions:

Mix the meat, sugar, and spices well and form into of your desired size patties. Put into heated skillet and cook.  If your meat is quite lean add coconut oil to your pan and melt well first before adding the meat. Cook sausage until done, melt cheese over the top. Once done set aside and fry an egg. Toast the English muffin, when done remove from the oven and place the sausage patty and egg between the two sides. Serve hot.
