Mexican Hot Chocolate Recipe

Mexican hot chocolate is a delicious treat. It is a spicy and sweet treat that will warm you to your bones on cold winter nights (and days). We first were not so sure so we used less of the herbs and liked it but when we added them all it really mingled with the chocolate and made it wonderful. If you don’t like lots of spice then reduce the amount. If you don’t like it hot, reduce the amount of cayenne pepper. If it isn’t spicy enough, then add some more. Top your Mexican hot chocolate with whipped cream, our homemade marshmallows (recipe below), or just a dash of cinnamon on top. Any way you like it.
