Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup Recipe
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
How To Make Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup From Scratch
- Measure out the butter and put it in a small pan
- Whisk until completely melted and add to that 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour
- Cook for 1 minute on low
- Add dry mustard and flour and whisk well
- Add milk and continue to whisk
- Add shredded cheese and salt to taste
