Chocolate Dutch Baby Recipe
3 Teaspoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Cup Organic Milk
4 Pastured Eggs
1 Teaspoon Organic Vanilla (Check out our recipe here)
1 Cup Organic Flour
1 Tablespoon Raw Sugar
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Powder
Preheat your oven to 475 F.
Measure the butter and scoop it into the ramekin to melt in the oven or put it in a pan and gently melt the butter and then with a basting brush coat the inside of 3 ramekins.
Measure out the flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt, and chocolate in a blender pitcher.
Blend until the batter is combined.
Put your ramekins on a baking sheet and pour the batter from the blender.
Bake your chocolate dutch baby for 12-15 minutes or until done in a pre-heated oven.
The Dutch baby will have risen a lot but will fall when it gets into the cooled room.
Top with powdered sugar, cocoa or whipped cream. Would be good sprinkled with mini chocolate chips as well. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 47Melt butter and coat the inside of 3 ramekins. Place flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt, and chocolate in a blender, mix until well combined. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
