We thought the regular Dutch Baby was great but this Chocolate Dutch Baby kicks it up a notch. Rich chocolate pancakes cooked in ramekin dishes and topped with a sprinkling of fine powdered sugar. Your family will sing your praises. A simple but showy dish that will impress your overnight guests with your cooking prowess. We won’t tell them how easy it is to make a great Chocolate Dutch Baby!
3 Teaspoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Cup Organic Milk
4 Pastured Eggs
1 Teaspoon Organic Vanilla (Check out our recipe here)
1 Cup Organic Flour
1 Tablespoon Raw Sugar
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Powder
Preheat oven to 475. Melt butter and coat the inside of 3 ramekins. Place flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt, and chocolate in a blender, mix until well combined. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
