We wiped up this yummy cranberry cream cheese bread last night after we got in from flocking our Christmas tree and Christmas shopping. This recipe is sooooo good and really easy to make. It’s not too sweet, with tart juicy cranberries. It’s perfect for all your Christmas get togethers!

cranberry cream cheese bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 Cup raw sugar
2 Cups organic all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoon non-aluminum baking powder
1/2 teaspoons Himalayan salt

1 Cup grass-fed butter softened
1 8 ounce package cream cheese

Divide cranberry cream cheese batter evenly between 2 3 1/2 x 8 bread pans. Preheat the oven to 350, bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
We also made a variation of this bread with blueberries, you can find the recipe [HERE]

Is that 2 cups of flour? Also, can you use fresh cranberries? Thanks!
