3 Cups Raw Sugar
3 Cups Spring Water + 1 tablespoon
3 Cups Fresh Cranberries
5 Cups of Pears Peeled and sliced
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
1 Cinnamon Stick
Dissolve sugar in water and bring to a boil, add cranberries and pears bring to a boil again. Mix cornstarch and water, and add to pear mixture while stirring. Cook for 10 minutes or until thick and bubbly.
1 Free Range Egg beaten
Roll out pie crust and place in a pie pan. Pour filling over the crust, and fold edges up. Brush with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until golden.
