There is nothing quite like tender roasted carrots to pair with a delicious dinner! This recipe is one of our absolute favorite ways to make carrots. We pull it out for all the holidays here at the Cottage- and yet it is so easy we can make it on normal weekdays to go with a perfectly roasted chicken or a delicious tender pot roast. Whatever you make these with you will be far from disappointed!
You can prep this recipe ahead of time and let it sit in the refrigerator until it’s time to cook it, which makes it wonderful for Easter, Thanksgiving and even Christmas when you need to get everything ready ahead of time.

Roasted Carrots
What You Need To Make Roasted Carrots:
Roasted Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
7-8 Large Carrots Washed
2-3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Flakes
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Wash the carrots well and dry. Slice the carrots in half, and then half again. Cut each 1/4 in half again until you have narrow slices of carrot.
Place in a casserole dish and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle seasonings over the top and toss gently.
Place in the oven and roast for 20-30 minutes or until tender.
