The best way is to use good wholesome ingredients. We use organic when we can, but we love real butter and unbleached flour and we like to chop up the chocolate bars for a bigger chunk of chocolate.

Can I Make These Chocolate Chip Cookies Gluten-Free?
We have never tried it but you can try. Use Bob’s Red Mill All-Purpose Gluten-Free flour mix at a 1.1 ratio.
What If I Can’t Have Nuts In My Chocolate Chip Cookies?
That is easy! Leave them out. No worries.

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Organic All-Purpose Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 Cup Grass-Fed Butter
- 1 Cup Raw Sugar
- 2 Free Range Eggs
- 1 1/2 Teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract

- 1 Cup Organic White Chocolate Bar Broken Up

Instructions
Stir together in a large bowl measure your flour, baking soda, and salt. Then add butter and sugar. Mix until combined then add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Then stir in chocolate and nuts. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes then pull out of the oven and allow to cool.
