Dutch Baby

This is my very favorite pancake!  This is a Dutch Baby and I made them in these pretty ramekins. These tasty treasures are so easy to make and absolutely delicious! Serve them to wow your guests because although they are simple to make they sure are a showy dish to serve to them. It will make them feel truly special.  Served simply with a sprinkle of lemon juice and a dusting of powdered sugar or you can dice up some strawberries or other berries and place them on top or even with real maple syrup. What ever you do you must try them and let us know what you think of the Dutch Baby
