This is my very favorite pancake! This is a Dutch Baby and I made them in these pretty ramekins. These tasty treasures are so easy to make and absolutely delicious! Serve them to wow your guests because although they are simple to make they sure are a showy dish to serve to them. It will make them feel truly special. Served simply with a sprinkle of lemon juice and a dusting of powdered sugar or you can dice up some strawberries or other berries and place them on top or even with real maple syrup. Dutch Baby Pancakes Recipe
3 Teaspoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Cup Organic Milk
4 Pastured Eggs
1 Teaspoon Organic Vanilla (Check out our recipe here)
1 Cup Organic Flour
1 Tablespoon Raw Sugar
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
Preheat oven to 475. Melt butter and coat the inside of 3 ramekins. Place flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt in a blender, mix until well combined. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
