A Fairytale Christmas Bedroom
A fairytale book of the Brothers Grim that our dad brought home from Germany for us sits on a book stand on the dresser beside the bed and a simple canvas shares the dreamy theme on the wall. A flower garland on the headboard is not the traditional Christmas look but we felt it carried the fairytale princess feel for the room.
The soft arm pillows are perfect for a cozy place to stop and read. The wreath adds a splash of color and will be removed when it is time to climb into bed.
We placed a small tree on the window seat with fairytale-themed ornaments and strands of imitation pearls for garland.
We found these pretty plastic swans that reminded us of the Swan Princess and had to be a part of our little fairytale Christmas bedroom.
I love this stag we picked up at Big Lots, it reminds me of Narnia and is the perfect addition to add a little magic to the room.
