This recipe is delicious and super simple to make. Wrap jars in foil and put inside a insulated cooler to stay warm.
Tailgate Chili Recipe
1 1/2 pounds of grass fed Carne Picada beef
1 pound grass fed ground beef
1 bell pepper diced and sauteed
3 TBSP oil
1 Sweet yellow onion chopped and sauteed
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 quart crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp dry minced onion flakes
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (to taste)
1 4 ounce can of ortega chilis
30 ounces of each, kidney beans, black beans, pinto beans, white kidney beans or Great Northern Beans
Chop onions and peppers and saute until tender. Set aside.
Brown your meat seasoning well.
When done add beans, tomatoes and all other ingredients to your meat.
Taste for flavor and add to your taste.
Simmer to heat fully.
