 We love grilling out, especially in the summertime.  This is a great grilled chicken marinade for your next barbeque that we think you will really love. It makes the chicken so delicious and flavorful!

Grilled Chicken Marinade 

 

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 T. Prepared Mustard
  • 3 Cloves Garlic Smashed with the side of your knife
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • Dash of Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion flakes

 

Directions:

  • Make the marinade the night before if you can, and put it in a ziplock bag with your chicken in the refrigerator. If you didn’t think ahead, do this in the morning first thing so it has plenty of time to marinate your chicken.
  • Every so often go and move the chicken around in the bag so that all pieces are exposed to the marinade.
  • Heat up your grill and cook for about 45 minutes turning every so often until it is done and juices run clear when cut.

Makes 7 Chicken Thighs
