Grilled Chicken Recipe

Marinade Ingredients:

1/4 cup Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
3 T. Prepared Mustard
3 Cloves Garlic Smashed with the side of your knife
Juice of 1 lime
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/4 cup raw sugar
1 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
Dash of Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper
Olive Oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion flakes

 

Directions:

Make the marinade in the morning and put in a ziplock bag with your chicken in the refrigerator. Every so often go and move the chicken around in the bag so that all pieces are exposed to the marinade.

Heat up your grill and cook for about 45 minutes turning every so often until it is done and juices run clear when cut.

Makes 7 Chicken Thighs
