Homemade Laffa Bread
We heard about Laffa bread for the first time while watching Sergio & Rhoda’s YouTube channel and wanted to try it for ourselves, so after some research, we came up with this recipe! If you don’t know what this bread is it’s a Levantine flatbread that is traditionally baked in a taboon oven or a tannur.

Thanks for the recipe – turned out delicious! I used the upside down baking sheet. The bottoms burned though – any advice on preventing that?
I would flip more often, and stay right there with them so you can monitor the bottom. Depending on your oven you may need to decrease the cooking time
