2 cups of thinly sliced peaches
Directions

- Stir this constantly to avoid the milk scalding.
- In the bowl to your stand mixer add 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose unbleached flour and one package or 2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast.
- Begin to add the milk, salt, and sugar to the flour mixture mixing on low to combine them well.

- Turn your mixer up on high and beat for three or four minutes and then turn the mixer off.
- In an 8×13 casserole dish add oil to the sides and the bottom to well coat it and prevent your kutchen from sticking during the baking process.
- Scoop the batter into the bottom of the pan using the rubber spatula or a bowl scraper to get all of the batter off of the bowl.
- Push some of the batter up on the sides to form a sort of little well or indention in the center of your batter.
- Let sit covered with plastic wrap or a tea towel in a warm draft-free spot for forty-five minutes.
