Easy Homemade Spinach Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 Ounces frozen spinach thawed
- 8 Ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar
- 1 Cup Jack cheese
- 1 Cup Mozzarella
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Salsa
Instructions
10 Ounces frozen spinach thawed
8 Ounces cream cheese
1 Cup shredded white cheddar
1 Cup Jack cheese
1 Cup Mozzarella
2 Teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Salsa
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a small casserole dish or another oven-safe vessel with oil.
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared dish. Add a bit more cheese to the top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Turn the oven to broil and cook for 2-3 more minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
