Dips are a must for parties, and spinach dip is one of our absolute favorite dip recipes! Spinach dip is a creamy and cheesy delight that we love to serve especially around the holidays. This spinach dip is a super easy recipe, that you can make really quickly that the whole family will love.
 
We make this dip every year for our New Years’ Eve celebration and it is a huge hit that disappears long before the new year rolls in.

Spinach Dip Recipe

Supplies:

Ingredients:

10 Ounces frozen spinach thawed
8 Ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded white cheddar
1 Cup Jack cheese
1 Cup Mozzarella
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Salsa optional

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a small casserole dish or another oven-safe vessel with oil.
 
Place the cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and 3/4 cup of the mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Stir until well combined.
 
Spread the spinach mixture into the prepared dish. Add a bit more cheese to the top.
 
Bake for 20 minutes or until dip is bubbly and cheese is melted. Turn the oven to broil and cook for 2-3 more minutes or until cheese starts to brown. Place a bit of salsa on the top of the dip and serve hot.
