This is one of our favorite fall recipes! Sweet, buttery and sprinkled with cinnamon, this is a delicious way to eat acorn squash and really easy to make.
Acorn Squash
1 Tablespoon Grass-fed Butter
2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Cinnamon
Cut acorn squash in half, cut a grid pattern in the squash. Sprinkle with cinnamon, pour maple over the squash drop butter into the bowl of the squash. Bake at 360 for 45 minutes or until soft. Serve hot.
