What You Need To Make Bread Crumbs

Ingredients:

  • Day-old loaf of Bread
  • Oil or butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder (optional) 
  • Onion powder (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Slice and cube bread into 1-inch cubes. 

Spread the bread cubes over a cookie sheet and lightly brush or spray the tops with oil or butter. 

Sprinkle the bread cubes with seasonings.

Bake bread cubes until they are crispy. Check them regularly and flip them. 

Once the bread cubes are done, remove them from the oven and allow them to cool.

Once they are cool toss them in a blender. Blend until the cubes have reached the consistency of bread crumbs.
