How To Make Healthy Marshmallows From Scratch

We’ve been wanting to make these healthy marshmallows for years but didn’t get around to it until just recently. We were expecting it to be pretty hard but turns our marshmallows are REALLY easy to make and they taste AMAZING! They don’t burn as store-bought ones do, so if you like your marshmallows nice and chared I’m sorry, but they are still really good!

Are Healthy Marshmallows Even Possible?

While these marshmallows do have sugar the marshmallows have ingredients from healthy sources and not made chemically in any way. Plus the ingredients have health-boosting properties (like gelatin or probiotics, etc.).

Are Homemade Marshmallows Worth The Trouble

What Are Marshmallows Made Of?

Marshmallows start with cooked, dissolved sugar, water, and an intense whipping process that pushes air into little pockets in the sugar solution. It’s essentially the same technique you’d use to make fluffy scrambled eggs or whipped cream.
