Who doesn’t like an ice cream sundae? This is a really simple take on a tried and true classic that is healthier and homemade.
This was one of Grandma Cottage’s favorites, she LOVED ice cream. It didn’t matter if it was the middle of summer or mid-January with snow on the ground, it was always warm enough for ice cream. This delicious treat is perfect for those long summer days, or for a special desert after dinner. Want to make it a little more fancy? Dip the top of the cup in melted chocolate or chocolate syrup and then crushed cookies or gram crackers.
Homemade Ice Cream Sundae
- 2 Scoops Organic Vanilla Ice Cream
- Our Homemade Ice Cream Shell
- Organic Coconut Flakes optional
- Chocolate mini chips, shavings, etc optional
- chopped nuts optional
- whipped cream optional
- sprinkles optional
Scoop ice cream (pick your favorite, we went with vanilla) for into a bowl, drizzle magic sauce over the top and sprinkle coconut. Serve immediately!
