Lessons From The Farm | Part 5 Grass Is Greener

Posted on June 12, 2015May 30, 2019 by Rosevine Cottage Girls
Spread the love

Ever heard the old refrain “the grass is always greener on the other side?” I found a great thing on Pinterest that had this saying followed by “yours would be too if you watered it” which is especially true if you live next to our neighbor, Mr. S. who seems to have nothing else to do it would seem then to tend his grass (aka – water, fertilize, and mow- twice a week).

Last year was the worst- I lost people I love, I got my heart broken more than once- its so easy to say I forgive or I’m ready to move on, Once. But it’s not a one-time thing- it’s an everyday choice to let go of the past, to forgive, to heal. Kind of like the neighbor with his watering, fertilizing, mowing etc.
