Marshmallow Fluff Recipe
Ingredients:
4-6 Free Range Egg Whites
1 1/2 Cup Raw Sugar
1 Cup Organic Honey
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar

Directions:
- Stir honey, sugar, water, and salt in a pan over high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until it reaches 240 F.
- Place cream of tartar and egg whites in an electric mixer and beat into soft peaks on medium speed.
- Reduce speed to low and drizzle 2 tablespoons of the syrup into the egg mixture.
- Slowly drizzle in the rest of the syrup. Increase speed to medium-high and whip for about 7 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
