Marshmallow Fluff Recipe

I don’t know about you but I am a huge fan of marshmallow fluff. We’ve been wanting to try this marshmallow fluff recipe for a while! This recipe is super easy and really tasty. You can serve it on a graham cracker or in other recipes like our S’more Mocha Frapp. We’ve even made S’mores with it!
 

Marshmallow Fluff Recipe

Ingredients:
4-6 Free Range Egg Whites
1 1/2 Cup Raw Sugar
1 Cup Organic Honey
1/2 Cup Water
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla (want to make your own? Try our recipe HERE)

Directions:

  • Stir honey, sugar, water, and salt in a pan over high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally until it reaches 240 F.
  • Place cream of tartar and egg whites in an electric mixer and beat into soft peaks on medium speed.
  • Reduce speed to low and drizzle 2 tablespoons of the syrup into the egg mixture.
  • Slowly drizzle in the rest of the syrup. Increase speed to medium-high and whip for about 7 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
