1.5 lbs Ground Grass fed Beef
1 lbs Ground Pork or just use all beef
1 Tablespoon Onion Powder
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Sea Salt or Himalayan Pink Salt
Put ground beef and pork in a large bowl, add seasonings and egg. Mix well but do not over work.
form into loaf shape in a casserole pan. Add whatever vegetables you want to around the edge of the pan. Cover in tomato sauce, sprinkle onion, garlic, and salt over the top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 1:30.
