We put together a beautiful and simple neutral farmhouse summer tablescape this week. It’s such a fresh, cozy feel in our dining room and brings in all of the natural elements we love.
The Oakleaf hydrangeas were so beautiful so we decided to cut off some blossoms and bring them inside to enjoy.
To begin with, we went with creamy lace placemats, with white chargers. Then we chose to mix and match white bone china plates with sweet yellow daisy dinner plates and salad plates. Each is a little different but as a result it gives it the mismatched farmhouse feel. It gives it that sweet summery feel (and it kind of matches our chairs).
For a centerpiece we used a collection of handmade pottery and vintage milk glass pieces. To one side we added a hobnail pitcher, to the other side we added a milk glass bud vase and small nested bird. We also placed this adorable container that our sweet friend over at The Cracked Pot Handicrafts made for us with the other white pieces.
Pin our Neutral Farmhouse Summer Tablescape for later!
