Organic Brownies

Mr. Cottage has a major sweet tooth and Mrs. Cottage loves healthy clean eating.  So what to do?

Well she every once in awhile makes him a healthier version of some of his favorite things.  This is one of them.  
She replaces the bad hydrogenated oils and bleached flours with healthy alternatives and it makes for a very happy Mr. Cottage (and his co-workers love it too).
This will fill an 8×8 glass baking dish put some coconut oil in the pan to grease it and set it aside.. You want to pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. about now.

Take 1 1/2 cups of non bleached organic flour
2 tsp Non Aluminum Baking Powder
1/2 cup grass fed or organic butter
1 1/4 cups of organic raw sugar
2 pastured eggs
3 Tbsp Caco Powder (not sweetened) 
1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract
1 cup of organic milk
1/2 tsp of Himalayan pink salt 
1 cup of raw walnuts.

Directions:

Mix the dry ingredients together.  Beat butter in your mixer and add to this your eggs.  Add dry ingredients to your eggs and then remove to greased pan.  Sprinkle with walnuts and bake for 20 minutes.  Serve!
