Java Cake version 2
For this version of java cake we omitted the sugar and cinnamon topping and used powdered sugar on the cooked cake. We also used a mixer to mix the cake mix up instead of mixing it in the pan.
Java Cake Recipe
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
For the Cake:
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 Cups Cold Coffee
Topping:
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Stir this to combine and place in a pre-heated oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
You can also bake it in a bundt pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
