Jalapeno Cheese Bread With The Bread Machine:
Put the water, sugar, and oil in the bread machine. Follow with flour, salt, and yeast. You can either set the bread machine to “French” or “dough” (I use dough that way I can take it out and shape it into a round loaf or a plain loaf or baguettes)
Directions For Jalapeno Cheese Bread:
Choose the dough setting on your bread machine we used a 1 1/2 pound bread machine when we made ours.
Dice up several Jalapenos and put them in your dough. We used canned jalapenos for our loaves.
Dice up your cheese or you can use shredded cheese if you would rather. Add in 1/2 cup.
Here you have to choose if you want rolls (or hamburger buns) or a loaf, etc. After you shape it into the desired shape leave it to rise in a warm draft-free
place until it looks like it has doubled in size.
Bake your bread loaf at 350 F. for 25 minutes it will be less for hamburger buns.

Warm your water and oil in a small sauce pan until just warm.
In your mixing bowl add liquid ingredients (oil and water) with your sugar. Stir.
Sprinkle your yeast on top of the oil, water and sugar and cover it up with a lid or plastic wrap and let set in a warm draft-free place in your kitchen until it gets all bubbly on the top. This will show you that your yeast is good and its ready to make your bread.
Slowly mix in the remaining of your dry ingredients a bit at a time. You can use a spoon or your fingers, or your mixer with a bread hook. Knead the dough a bit longer until you have a smooth ball.
Place the dough in an oiled bowl and cover it with a plastic wrap to keep the dough moist and place it in a warm and draft free place.
Let this dough rise until doubled in size.
Pull out the dough and knead the dough on a lightly floured counter.
Now shape the dough it into whatever shape you want. You can put it in an oiled bread pan, make it into a boule or make rounds for hamburger buns. Sit aside and let rise for the last time.
Pre-heat your oven to Bake at 350
When hot, bake the loaf for 25 minutes or until completely done. It will require less time for baking the hamburger buns. It will be lightly golden. Let sit in the pan for 15 minutes to cool and then pull it out and put it on a wire rack to finish cooling. When completely cool store in an air tight container to keep it fresh.
