Peppermint Crunch Cookies

Christmas is right around the corner, and nothing says “Christmas Cheer” like peppermint. These peppermint crunch cookies are filled with gooey chocolate and cool peppermint goodness. Easy to make and tasty they are perfect to give as Christmas gifts or just for you!

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
 1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
2 Free Range Eggs 
1/2 Cup Peppermint Crunch Chocolate Bar Broken Up

Stir together in a large bowl flour, soda, and salt. Then add butter and sugar. Mix until combined then add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Then stir in chocolate. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes then pull out of the oven and allow it to cool.

  • 1 Cup Raw Sugar 
  • 2 Free Range Eggs 
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon Organic Vanilla Extract
