Delicious Chocolate Rose Cupcakes

These delicious rose cupcakes are so pretty and would be a wonderful sweet gift for your Valentine, a birthday gift for your sweetheart or a dear friend.  They are very easy to make and make a very moist and delicious crumb. We paired it with this amazing cream cheese frosting and it is a fantastic dessert.

Rose Cupcake Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2- 1/2 Cups Organic All-Purpose Flour
1 -1/2 Cups Organic Raw Sugar
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt
2/3 Cup light Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Bragg Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
2 Cups Cold Coffee
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Wilton 710-1491 8-Pack Rose Icing Decorations, Medium, Red

Directions For Rose Cupcakes:

Stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, soda, and salt in a bowl. Make 3 wells in the mixture; pour oil in one vinegar in one and vanilla in another. Pour in coffee and gently stir. Scoop into muffin liners. Bake at 350, for 18 minutes. Allow to completely cool, then ice and place decorations on the top

 Rose Cupcake Icing Ingredients:

16 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Whipping Cream

Icing Directions:

Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour in cream. Beat until combined. Spoon into an icing bag and ice cupcakes reserving a portion to dye.  Using food coloring dye a portion of the icing red.  Place inside of an icing bag and put on the tip for roses.  Put a rose or multiple roses on your cupcake. If you would rather royal icing roses can be used instead of piping them.
