cast iron skillet with chicken fajitas on it. Chicken, peppers and onions

Chicken Fajitas Recipe

These chicken fajitas were made after we moved away from my favorite California eatery Mario’s. Mario’s was a staple in my childhood and their food made a mark on my youth so when I moved away I had to learn to recreate this delicious food. This is my attempt to bring my family Mario’s Chicken Fajitas and we thought that we would share this recipe with our friends.
