This view has changed so much over the last months, but I never get tired of it…
Our squash has died out so we are rotating to lettuce for the cooler months to come, the pepper plants have gotten so big we are using our old tomato cages to support them.
We harvested our potato crop last week, they are always one of my favorite things to plant and harvest. I love digging through the dirt.
Our tomato plants have gotten bigger than our 4-foot trellises, so big that they now touch the ground again. Next year we will probably have to work on our design a little bit, but they have held up way better than anything else we’ve tried so I am happy. I love the happy yellows against the crisp white! I’m half tempted to paint my raised beds too, shhh! Don’t tell Mr. Cottage.
Our green beans are beginning to die back, but we are still getting a few green beans.

We also planted some adorable short sunflowers! I love the pops of color throughout the garden.
