Delicious Soy Free Broccoli beef for those of us with soy allergies or who don’t want all of the added hormones. Tender beef pieces and flavorful broccoli thinly sliced carrots. This one is served with our fried rice but you can also serve with a normal white rice. Brianna came up with this great recipe when we were craving Chinese food but because of my soy allergies we couldn’t eat out She did an amazing job making a truly delicious dish. Soy Free Broccoli Beef Recipe
Ingredients:
2 heads of broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
Instructions:
- In a Ziploc bag toss the beef with cornstarch or tapioca & sherry, then let set for twenty minutes. Heat oil in a large sauté pan and sauté broccoli and carrots until just slightly firm, then remove them from the pan and set to the side. Add your sliced meat to the pan, season, and sear on high heat 1 minute on each side. Add some of the marinades from the bag the beef was in, lower heat to medium-low and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes Add the broccoli back into the pan. Add the honey toss until it melts and combines then add sesame seeds for garnish (optional). Serve immediately with rice.

Ingredients
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb of top sirloin steak cut into slices
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch or tapioca flour
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons water
- dash of coconut aminos
- 2 heads of broccoli cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 carrot sliced thin
- olive oil (enough to cover the bottom of a large saute pan)
- Himalayan salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- onion powder to taste
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions

Add your sliced meat to the pan, season, and sear on high heat 1 minute on each side.
