The Christmas story is one many of us are familiar with, perhaps so much so that it’s lost some of its weight. We’ve gotten so used to hearing it that we’ve begun to take it lightly. The wonder and grace of the story fade, as it becomes just another Christmas story. Come, let’s slip away from the crowd, from the laughter, and chatter, the celebration, and search the heavens for a star. Let’s go, and seek a child lying in a manger. Come, quietly, and listen. Come near the barnyard critters and draw near to your savior. Come…
The Christmas Story
As the Christmas season envelops us, with all of its glitter and glory. The Christmas Story – The Greatest Story Ever Told
A thousand times in history a baby has become a king. But only once did a king become a baby… isn’t that worth pausing for?
