Transitioning From Fall Decor To Christmas

Posted on November 14, 2018May 20, 2019 by Rosevine Cottage Girls

We start decorating for Christmas early at the Cottage, which means when Thanksgiving rolls around we have both Christmas and fall decor sprinkled throughout the house. The easiest way to accomplish this feat is transitioning decor, mixing warm fall colors with cozy Christmas touches.

It’s always a fun challenge to add pops of color as the season progresses, this time around we went with a lovely frosted red winterberry garland mixed into our cotton garland. We also added beautiful tarnished silver candlesticks to the mantel in front of our giant pumpkin pallet art.

We added these beautiful broken mirror trees that we picked up at Big Lots last Christmas to either side of the mantel to pull up the color from our galvanized banner.

Having read this I thought it was really enlightening. I appreciate you spending some
time and effort to put this informative article together.
I once again find myself spending a significant amount
of time both reading and leaving comments. But so what, it was still worthwhile!
