In a medium size, bowl place your flour and salt. Stir and add half of your butter and cut in. Add water and stir. Slice the other half of the butter into thin slices and knead into dough. Place in the fridge so the butter can harden. Roll out and cut 5 rectangles. Spoon your favorite jelly or preserves into the middle, don’t overfill. Fold up the edges to make an envelope. Press a heart sprinkle into the dough. Brush with egg whites. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden at 350.
