Heat a medium size pan over medium heat, beat eggs in a plate or bowl big enough to dip the bread into, add the cream, and stevia beat until combined.
Once the pan is hot dip bread into the egg mixture and place it into the pan. Cook until golden on both sides.
When done spread cream cheese over one piece of pain perdu, top that lightly with jam or jelly, and place the second piece of pain perdu on top. Swipe a bit more cream cheese on top and a dab of jam. Or skip the jam on top and drizzle a bit of wild violet syrup on top.
