Cut the top off of the peppers, remove the center being sure not to leave seeds but keep the tops.
Cook rice according to directions on the back of the package.
Brown meat seasoning to taste.
Mix the meat, rice, and cheese and set aside.
Bring a pot of water to boil and place peppers inside.
Boil for 5 minutes, then remove to a baking dish.
Fill peppers with the meat mixture.
Return the tops and place in a 350 F oven for 30 minutes or until peppers are desired tenderness.
