  • 2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Martinellis Sparkling Cider
  • Apple Cider the fresher the better we bought ours from a local grower
  • Caramel Sauce
  • Ground Cinnamon
  • Whipped Cream
  • Apple slice

For the caramel sauce:

  • 1 Cup Raw Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup water
  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Real Vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt



    For the caramel sauce:

    • Spread sugar flatly over the bottom of a pan, and add water.
    • Turn the heat up to medium-high, stir the sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved.
    • Continue cooking until it has reached a bubbly honey color, and then remove from heat.
    • Add cream and then butter to the sugar water mixture stirring constantly.
    • Follow that with vanilla and salt, stir until combined and allow to cool.

    Apple Cider Float:

    • Gather your ingredients, use a mandoline to slice an apple.
    • Place ice cream in your jar, follow with equal parts cider and sparkling cider.
    • Top the apple cider float with whipped cream, caramel sauce and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    • Add an apple slice to the top and serve.
